Group lessons

My lessons have been inspired by yogic principles and practices. Physical yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques and sound therapy using Tibetan signing bowls, all intertwined and help to improve mental and physical well-being. I turn having a positive effect on body regeneration and strengthening the immune system. I connect Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and create an energy space where you can relax and listen to yourself.
